One in seven people are diagnosed with breast cancer. Breast screening saves lives and finding cancer early can make it more likely that treatment will be successful. Early detection and better treatments have led to improved recovery and survival from breast cancer. As part of a team that helps to save around 1,300 lives each year in the UK, you’ll be providing safe, compassionate, and quality care whilst supporting women through the breast screening process.
