Smolderon Raid Guide - Normal and Heroic Smolderon Amirdrassil Boss Guide

Smolderon Normal and Smolderon Heroic guide! Smolderon is the Firelord boss of the Amirdrassil raid of Dragonflight. This Smolderon guide for Smolderon will walk you through the important healer, tank and DPS raid mechanics you need to clear this Amirdrassil raid boss Special thanks to OTBDave and friends for the raid testing groups! You fight Smolderon in two phases. In the main phase, players with Overheated run out of the group while the rest stack with the tank for Brand of Damnation. Heal off the absorbs left by Brand and get away from the resulting explosions. The tasks swap for the second round- make sure to soak with the tank when you don't have Overheated! Bait lava behind the path of the raid or just generally out of the way. In the intermission, you collect your fire orbs, dodge the rings and burn the boss. Heroic Smolderon adds waves to dodge from Overheated. The Brand of Damnation tank will have an explosion to run away from the team, and the raid damage will ramp more throughout the fight.
