Ovi'nax Raid Guide - Normal and Heroic Broodtwister Ovinax Nerub-ar Palace Boss Guide

Ovi'nax Normal and Ovi'nax Heroic guide! Broodtwister Ovi'nax is an eggtender boss in the Nerub-ar Palace raid of The War Within. This Ovinax guide will walk you through the important healer, tank and DPS raid mechanics you need to clear this Nerub-ar Palace raid boss. Special thanks to OTBDave and friends for the awesome raid testing! You fight Ovi'nax in a room filled with eggs, with three Black Blood canisters on the walls. Shortly into the fight, Ovinax will begin opening the nearest blood canister. Players chosen for Experimental Dosage need to run their rings over unhatched eggs nearest the canister to open them before the oozing Black Blood reaches them. Hatch eggs, cleave down adds and you've got Broodtwister Ovi'nax on farm. The Colossal Spider adds hatch from the largest eggs, and they need to be tanked. Medium eggs hatch worms, which must be interrupted and destroyed where they stand. Cluster eggs spawn Blood Parasite adds, which must be kited, controlled and cleaved down with the other adds to prevent them from multiplying. All adds will be empowered with extra health and dangerous mechanics if they touch the blood, so hatch them early and keep them away from the floor ooze! On Heroic Ovi'nax, Sticky Web will target players. They need to move away from allies before calling for a dispel, and healers need to stay on top of dispelling Web targets that are clear.
