Cauldron of Carnage Normal and Cauldron of Carnage Heroic guide! Torq and Flarendo is an earlyboss of the Liberation of Undermine raid of The War Within. This Torq and Flarendo guide will walk you through the important healer, tank and DPS raid mechanics you need to clear this Liberation of Undermine raid boss. Special thanks to OTBDave and friends for the awesome raid testing! To fight Torq and Flarendo, begin by splitting your raid evenly into two groups. Send half to fight Flarendo and half to fight Torq in the first phase. At 100 energy the bosses will meet in the middle for an intermission (do damage, heal through and dodge things) and then after intermissions, swap sides to fight the boss you didn’t start on. To fight Torq, ration your movement to avoid filling your Static Charge bar. Dodge Thunderdrum Salvo missiles. The tank should use physical mitigation for Lightning Bash. While fighting Flarendo, the group needs to soak Scrapbombs. Aim the Roarcannon beam off to the side of the group and move out once it’s locked on. (try not to aim it at Torq’s group!). Flarendo’s tank should use magic mitigation for Eruption Stomp, and everyone dodges the fire waves that emit from it. On Heroic Cauldron of Carnage, Torq gets Voltaic Image adds to kite. Getting stunned by Static Charge becomes an AOE. Flarendo gets molten puddles that drop after Scrapbombs, and the Molten Phlegm isolate mechanic.
