Most of my Zigbee sensors and little remotes are Third Reality because they’ve been consistently reliable for me. I’ve had other Zigbee brands randomly drop off and need power cycling, and that’s just not something I want to babysit. With these, pairing is easy, battery life is decent, and they’ve been solid for automations like washer alerts, door notifications, and garage door position sensing.

Cons
- -Many devices use replaceable batteries (maintenance over time)
- -You still need good Zigbee network planning for best coverage
