I printed this whole rack build in PETG because PLA just isn’t great around heat long-term, especially near switches and small PCs. I used cheap Overture black PETG—not because it’s magic, but because it was inexpensive and got the job done for about two spools.

Pros
- +Better heat resistance than PLA for rack parts near warm gear
- +Affordable option for printing lots of brackets and panels
Cons
- -I had to dial in settings for one batch that was giving me issues
- -PETG can take more tuning than PLA
