This little Z‑Wave four-button controller is my fix for the “dead switch” problem—switch locations that aren’t actually wired to anything. It’s battery powered and doesn’t connect to the house wiring, but it can send different events for press vs hold, which is perfect for triggering scenes and scripts. For my studio, it’s been awesome to walk in and just hit a button to set lighting scenes.
