It's not an easy task as the weather can change your plans and also many restaurants either open late, like after 10 am or close early, like before 3 pm, or both. Which is why I never made it to Sprout Sandwich Shop (open from 10 am to 3 pm). So having a good plan is a key to dining cheaply and tastily.
