It's not an easy task as the weather can change your plans and also many restaurants either open late, like after 10 am or close early, like before 3 pm, or both. I am thinking and looking for solutions to improve the audio quality when I undertake restaurant recordings again. One thing that I think happened is that the camera didn’t recognize the microphone input so was only recording from the camera itself, which is why my cameraman is louder than me on the recording.
