In this one I’m joined by Andy Payne, the West Ham Fan Advisory Board (FAB) co-chair, and the whole point is simple: get proper answers out of the club and give you lot some clarity on what’s actually going on. Andy explains what the FAB is (it’s now a legal requirement under the Football Governance Act) and, bluntly, why it can feel like a tick-box exercise when the club turns up with vague language instead of straight answers. We get into the big stuff: season ticket price increases (the club says they “have to” go up but won’t say by how much), and the wider financial picture after a huge reported loss. Andy calls it a “positive negative” meeting — positive because the FAB finally got clarity, negative because the answers were disappointing.
