Is The $95 TYT MD-UV380 Still A Good Ham Radio In 2024?

I received the TYT MD-UV380 DMR HT as a gift this past Christmas. This is a DMR ham radio that I've wanted to try since I picked up my first DMR radio, the Anytone 878, back in 2020 when I passed my Technician license exam.
