💈 Relaxing SHAVE with HAIR WASH & STYLE | 성우이용원 Seongu South Korea's Oldest Barbershop in Seoul

Traditional wet shave with hair wash & style in the historic 성우이용원 Seongu Barbershop in Seoul, South Korea. Mr. Lee, the owner and barber, is 70 years old and is a third-generation barber. He was born in the family home where his grandfather opened the barbershop in 1927. This authentic traditional shop is still in the original location and has changed very little over the decades. Although it used to have a thatched roof that blew off in a storm more than 50 years ago. It was in the 1960s when Mr. Lee began cutting hair. He worked with his dad all the way up until the 1970s when his dad decided to retire. Mr. Lee is a little over 5’ tall so uses a footstool to stand on while working on his customers. He is also known for using a vinegar rinse after washing your hair.
