Greetings from Dubai! It was our first time traveling here this summer to film for our series of shaves around the world. Come relax with us with an Ultimate Shave, Face Massage & Hydrating Face Mask at Bô Barbershop 💈❤️ Bô, pronounced "beau" as in the French word for beautiful, is a delightfully fitting name for this laidback cozy barbershop in the heart of Dubai. The creation of co-founder & barber, Oliver Zaytuni, the shop draws inspiration from the natural local experience and beauty of U.A.E. - the ocean, surf, and beaches, the quiet desert interior, and warm succulent flora 🌵 Outside you’ll notice an unusual colored barber pole; one that is white and green only. Oliver explains this is because the shop is “super eco friendly and super organic.” All products used in the shop are certified organic and water based. Safe on the planet and good for you! Oliver brings 20+ years of barbering experience to the shop, having had a humble introduction at a friends father’s barbershop in Kuala Lumpur as a teenager. “I fell in love with the barbering, and then he recommended I go to [barbering] school,” Oliver explained. At 19 years old, Oliver got an opportunity to move to London and work for Fashion TV, a fashion and lifestyle broadcasting company. Oliver worked with Fashion TV for several years before working with Truefitt & Hill for almost nine years. In 2015 Oliver made the move to Dubai and took a leap of faith to open Bô Barbershop a little over two years ago 🙌🏼 “One of the reasons I actually did it,” Oliver adds, “I don't want to regret.
