Harry Goes Under The Knife For The Art Of Knife Massage Therapy | Taipei City Mall Taiwan

While visiting Taipei, I tried the ancient art of knife massage or dao liao! This tradition is more than 2000 years old and was practiced by Chinese Buddhist monks. This type of massage is supposed to help with the flow of energy and bring back balance to the body. The knives used for the massage are special blunt knives. To me it felt like a small electric pulse going through my body. We filmed this knife massage in the underground Taipei City Mall. Since this was filmed in the mall, there is ambient sound throughout the video.
