Staff Spotlight: Eric Beckford

🗣️ “To see people turn their lives around makes me proud.” Meet Eric, Head of Service for Bexley and Greenwich Probation Service whose journey working in the Probation Service began 25 years ago. Eric graduated as a probation officer and throughout his career has worked up the ladder to become senior probation officer, diversity and equality manager, to head of service in 2021. He has since worked on a programme with colleagues to help young people transfer into adult Probation Services. This great work resulted in the team receiving a Butler Trust award.
