How To Transform A $12 Harbor Freight Axe!

I'm transforming this Harbor Freight axe into something wonderful using tools I bought at Harbor Freight just for this project. These 1 1/4 lb. axes have become popular but I knew I could make it better. Can I make a cheap hardware store axe into a great camp axe?
