Digging Palmettos with a compact tractor!

Can the compact Kubota B2301 dig up these palmetto bushes and roots? Just in case the tractor can't handle it alone I got a hoss! It's not gonna be easy but the Stihl MS391 is here to back me up. I'm going to attempt this without a backhoe or stump bucket.
