What’s good everyone—it's Gyasi Linje (but you can call me Gyasi), and in this video I’m unboxing the iPhone 17 Pro Max in Cosmic Orange with 1TB of storage. This is honestly one of my favorite weeks of the year because we get the whole Apple rollout, and the 17 Pro Max is easily one of the most anticipated phones of 2025. Right out of the box, the Cosmic Orange is wild: on camera it can look like candy corn orange, but in natural light it reads more like a burnt orange. The bigger design change is the new camera bump that spans the entire phone—Apple’s calling it a “camera plateau”—and I give you my first impressions on how it feels in hand compared to the 16 Pro Max. I also unbox the FineWoven wallet and the new TechWoven case, and I’m not gonna lie—I’m really excited Apple brought woven accessories back after pulling FineWoven for the iPhone 16 lineup. The wallet feels super light but premium, almost like a water-repellent canvas, and the MagSafe lockup feels solid. The TechWoven case surprised me too: it’s softer than it looks with a denim-like texture, and the more I handled it, the more comfortable it felt. I wrap the video by doing my first front camera test in 4K/30 and tease what’s coming next—day-in-the-life testing, camera comparisons, one-week-later thoughts, long-term reviews, and yes… I’m taking it to Hawaii.
