HighLevel’s new AI Builder (AI Studio) finally went live for me on a staging server, and I’ve been waiting for this for a long time. The big deal is I can now “vibe code” funnels and websites directly inside HighLevel—no manual drag-and-drop—just chat, tell it what I want, and it custom-codes the page. It feels very similar to Lovable, which I like because it’s simple and reliable: I can paste a URL to clone a site, drop in screenshots to model a layout, or just prompt it with something like “generate a real estate funnel” or “build a webinar opt-in page,” then keep iterating. In the video I walk through real examples: recreating a header/hero from a reference image, adding hover animations, building webinar opt-in pages with countdown timers, creating warm brand styles, and connecting forms and calendars inside HighLevel. It doesn’t nail everything in one prompt every time, but if you know how to prompt (and you iterate), it gets very good results fast. My biggest takeaway: when you can build anything, the real value is knowing what to build—strategy, funnel psychology, branding, and good taste. The tools are becoming a “super agent” command center, and this is a major step forward from the old funnel AI.
