After the workspace appears, create a new composition to begin your project. Set the composition settings you need, then confirm to open the timeline. Next, import your clips from your computer into the project panel. After the clips have been imported, place the clips on the timeline in the order you want them to appear. Slightly overlap the ending of the first clip with the beginning of the second clip so the transition can happen between them. Once the clips are arranged, select the top clip in the timeline by clicking it. After selecting the clip, go to the Effects & Presets panel. Trim very short sections of the clips or duplicate frames briefly to make the movement feel broken and unstable. Continue adjusting the timing until the transition looks sharp and energetic. After completing the effects, preview the transition by playing the timeline from the beginning of the overlap. Watch carefully to make sure the glitch happens smoothly between both clips.
