First open your browser on your computer. Then go to Trello.com by typing the website address into the address bar and pressing enter on your keyboard. After the website loads, open the board you want to use so you can manage your tasks in the correct workspace and ensure that you are working on the right project. Next, click the Power-ups icon on the board menu to access additional features that can extend the functionality of your board. From the available options, click Add Power-ups to open the list of integrations that you can install. In the search bar, type HubSpot Integration and wait for the results to appear. Once the results are displayed, click on the search result to open its details and begin the setup process. After that, click the Add button to install the integration on your board, then click Add again to confirm the installation and make sure the Power-up is properly activated. Once the installation is complete, open one of your cards so you can configure the integration directly within the card view. Inside the card, click Power-ups to access the available integrations for that specific card. From the list of options, select Configure HubSpot to begin connecting your account. At this stage, you will need an API Labs token to continue the setup process and verify your connection. Next, go to your profile on apilabz.com to access your API credentials. Locate the available API token and copy it carefully so it can be used in the next step. After copying the token, go back to Trello and paste the API token into the API Labs token field provided in the configuration panel. Once the token is entered, click Validate Token to ensure that the token is correct and properly recognized by the system. After validation is successful, click Connect HubSpot to proceed with linking your account. You will then be prompted to choose the account you want to use, so select the appropriate one and click Choose Account. After selecting the account, check the agreement box to accept the terms and conditions required for the integration. Click Connect App to complete the setup process.
