The whole goal is to keep my setup clean, cozy, and actually usable for streaming, while still going full holiday mode with the vibe. I’m basically doing a reset + makeover at the same time—getting everything back in place, dialing in the lighting, and making the room feel like a winter setup without it looking cluttered or messy on camera. I also link all the main stuff that makes my setup work day-to-day: my PC/storage, chair, mic + boom arm, webcam, monitors/mount, and the little room pieces that pull everything together (like wall panels and lights). If you’re trying to build a dream room on a realistic budget, my biggest takeaway is to focus on the “foundation” first—desk space, monitor layout, and lighting—then add the aesthetic layers like wall texture and seasonal decor. That’s how you get a room that looks insane in videos but still feels good to live in.
