Hey y’all, welcome to day eight of my “Anchored In His Word” devotional. In this video, I’m continuing the series with a simple, faith-filled encouragement to stay grounded in Scripture day by day. This one is meant to be an easy pause in the middle of real life—whether you’re in the middle of chores, running errands, or just trying to keep your heart steady—so we can come back to the Lord and let His Word hold us firm. Even though this is a short devotional, my heart behind it is big: I want us to grow together and keep choosing the anchor when life feels busy or uncertain. Day eight is another reminder that we don’t have to do this alone, and we don’t have to rely on our own strength. When I make time to get in His Word, it resets my mind and helps me walk through homestead life with peace, purpose, and trust.
