In this kiln opening video, I reveal one of my most beautiful pottery firings. I regularly make lotus or mokko pots, but I rarely have so many at the same time. I will take advantage of this video to tell you about the different forms of bonsai pot that are commonly called "lotus pot". What are the differences between Mokko (or Mokkou), Lotus, Kokyou, Hanagata, and all these traditional forms of Japanese ceramics. All my pottery are handmade, they are unique stoneware pieces, fired at around 1240°C. The glaze are home recipe. •• SUPPORT THE CHANNEL •• Support me by becoming a Patreon member: 👉 https://bit.ly/3G9yOtf (Patreon takes 8% commission.)
