Making of a large bonsai pot "mokko" (flowering quince shaped) . The pot is formed using large flat coils on a polyurethane foam structure (to avoid sculpting a too big block of clay). Later the inside is hollowed out to refine the wall (thickness of the final pot: 8 to 10mm). Pottery in white sandstone, firing at 1250 C°.
