I will never buy "made in China Tannoy" Why was it so hard for me to find out the info I did on Tannoy speakers? One of the most storied HiFi Audio brands - Tannoy - seems to be a company of deep mystery the last 6 years. All one has to do is look at what is reported by the public press. For decades they've been the dream hifi speakers for many audio systems. But based on the confusion and questions on the hifi audio forums, it seems many are confused.
