The quick answer here is YES, you can use the footage from the new iPhone (and I am willing to bet a few generations older) to create course vlogs and golf content. When starting the channel my main camera was an iPhone 12 Pro Max which I loved to use. I now use the DJI Osmo Pocket 3. My advice to beginners is to use what you have available, learn how to create videos end to end, and then consider upgrading to improve your end product. Let me know if you have any questions!
