The RTOM 7" Moongel Workout Pad is built to do one thing: give your hands a real workout. It has almost no rebound, so you have to work hard for clean, precise strokes, which makes it fantastic as a secondary pad for speed, endurance, and control. It’s compact and very quiet, but it’s not the most versatile and it costs more than some pads in this size.
