Press the PS Button Not Working | PS4 & PS5 | How to Fix!

When you initially start up your PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 5 console or if you are trying to get into Safe Mode you need to connect the respective controller to be able to proceed. Something that is indicated by a short message stating roughly to "Connect the wirelress controller using the USB cable and then press the PS button". So then what to do it this does not work? Well, if you actually aren´t able to do this there is - as far as I´m aware - no other way to actually get past this screen. Luckily though the issue of the PS-button not working can usually be solved with one of these fixes.
