Then we slow everything down together. I bring you into breathwork with an inhale like a wave rolling over and an exhale like a wave pouring onto the shore, helping your nervous system read “comfort” and “safety.” I also check postural balance with gentle neck stretches and a chin tuck (yes, the double chin is totally fine), and I guide you into that lifted feeling from the top of your head.
