In this video I’m welcoming back Spencer to the Garage Defend family after being away from my shop for about 5–6 years. A lot changed since the last time we were filming together—Spencer went back to the USA and became a police officer, which still feels crazy to say out loud. But that’s the real JDM global life: people move, life happens, and then the passion brings everyone back to the cars again. We kick things off by reconnecting at my Nagoya GT-R specialist shop and setting the vibe for what’s coming next. Spencer will be importing JDM cars to the USA from time to time and offering them for sale, so this is like the start of a new chapter—2018 vs 2025, same love for rare JDM finds, but a different world now.
