Onexplayer APEX USB‑C to DC Update: Anker 140W Test Results

The USB‑C to DC 140W cable finally arrived, and I’ve tested it with both the Anker 140W GaN charger and a generic alternative. This video is a follow‑up to my unboxing, with a quick overview of everything I’ve learned so far. My top recommendation remains the SlimQ 240W 10ft charger - it’s still the most reliable, high‑power option. For a smaller, dependable backup, the SlimQ 150W would be the best choice. The good news is that the USB-C to DC cable can still come in handy in a pinch.😊 More details and helpful links below... Having the battery pack connected will act as a safety net. That's why it'll drop from 80W to 55W with these 140W chargers connected. UPDATE TEST NOTES - Feb 17th, 2026 - Turning OFF CPU Boost is more stable for usb-c power options. The Iniu 140W power bank will boot cold (tested multiple times - tdp was set to 30W) without the battery attached and connected through usb-c (the DC to usb-c cable wouldn't boot). https://amzn.to/4tZlKhV DISCLAIMER - Using a usb-c to DC is NOT recommended.
