For actual use I would recommend dropping to Ultra (68-80 FPS) or High if you want to increase the FPS even more. Samsung 4k 144Hz monitor connected via the display port. With the 4K display that I'm using, 1080p resolution actually looks bad on it (1440p or 4K are the sweet spots for my monitor). Depending on the monitor you're using, 1080p Extreme aren't the settings that I would recommend.
