Who would have thought we would get snow this late in the season! It’s March 23rd! Thankfully we did though with how windy it has been. We used the fresh snow to combat the strong winds and burn some bushes we pulled. We are taking a small field of Elliot’s and plan on having a sunflower field. We planned on using our borrowed farm truck to do the pulling and hauling but we could not get it to start! I used what was on hand and pulled bushes with my 2004 VW Jetta! Little man joined me today and helped pull the bushes and get nasty dead wood out of the way. Towards the end of the day Mom, Dad, and Wifey joined in the fun. Grandma cut down a pine tree that blew over and we hauled it to get burnt. Overall, many things went wrong but in the end, it was a great day. Next on the list is grinding some bushes down to get ready for rototilling. #farmer #farming #farmvlog #familyvlog #familyvlogs #familyfriendly
