In this video I will show the results of my extreme weight loss plan Or how to loose 80 pounds challenge. I also show how I cook Bacon and eggs for a fast breakfast every morning. This is part of the Apple Cider vinegar and coconut oil plan that I started out with. In 12 weeks I have managed to loose 30 pounds. Just 50 more pounds to loose!!!!! I am trying to have healthy weight loss with a minimum of exercise.
