Best youtube camera camcorder Panasonic HC-770 for youtubers and new youtube channels

Because of the cost and features of this panasonic hv-c770 camcorder camera, I feel it is a best buy for youtubers or youtube creators that are just starting their youtube channel. It packs a lot of features like audio in, cold shoe mount, picture in picture via wifi, headphone jack and hd filming in an affordable package. This camera was found on ebay (best buy store) as an open box/demo for around $380.
