You’ve Been Cooking Venison Wrong

Today I’m cooking venison two ways on the Weber Kettle — Venado en Adobo and North African–style kofta. Venison gets a bad reputation because most people cook it the same tired ways, but in this video I’m showing two proven methods that actually respect the meat. We’re making Venado en Adobo, a traditional Mexican venison dish finished in a rich chile sauce, and North African–style venison kofta skewers grilled over live fire with warm spices and fresh herbs.
