Halfway through my London Marathon training, both my body and mind were starting to feel the strain. The miles were adding up, fatigue was creeping in, and the pressure of preparing for a marathon was beginning to take its toll. In Episode 6 of Chasing Dreams, I hit reset. We travelled to Iceland for a complete mental and physical reset during the middle of my London Marathon 2026 training block. Sometimes the best thing you can do during intense marathon preparation is to step away, reflect, and give your body the recovery it needs before pushing forward again.
