People get mad when I use my sous vide like I’m personally attacking them 😂 “But not everyone has one…” I know. And not everyone is trying to get dinner on the table after a full day of work, life, and everything in between either. For me, it’s just a tool that makes cooking easier. I can set it, walk away, and still end up with perfectly cooked lamb chops without stressing over timing. I work a lot, I’m busy, and I still want to eat really good food… so I buy the things that help me do that. No gatekeeping, no judgment, just using what works.
