Today on Flat Tire Farm, we can mild and spicy blended salsa. As always, we have lots of laughs along the way. We're building an off-grid homestead in Alaska. We live in a dry cabin which means no running water. Yikes! We are trying to live a self-sufficient lifestyle. Join us on our adventure of a lifetime. 🫧Visit the Soap Shop https://www.theflattirefarm.com/ Goat Milk Soap, Beard Balm, and Channel Swag🫧 MOVING TO ALASKA?? Put in pint jars with ¼-½ Inch head space. Prepare water bath canner with enough water to cover jars by 1-2 inches. Add the jars of salsa to canner and turn on the heat to medium. When the canner boils, set a timer for 15 minutes. If I were to do ½ pints, I would change the boil time to 10 minutes. Remember this is not an approved recipe or method, but it’s the one I like to use. #flattirefarmhomesteadingalaska #alaskalife #homesteading
