Cognitive Reaction Drill Using The FITLIGHTS®

This drill is a dynamic Working Memory task that entails the participant remembering a set order of colors (🔴, 🙂, 🎾, 🔵) and being aware of the peripheral lights. . The four floor FITLIGHTS will present the colors randomly ordered 🔴, 🙂, 🎾, 🔵 while one of the two peripheral FITLIGHTS on the tripods will display a light either 🎾 or 🔴. The participant deactivates the FITLIGHTS in the order🔴, 🙂, 🎾, 🔵 regardless of how they are presented and then deactivates the peripheral light ( 🎾 = right hand, 🔴 = left hand). . The goal is to have the participant challenged with remembering the order of the FITLIGHTS while still being aware of which decision to make on the peripheral lights. .
