I ran the Gigabyte RTX 5080 in the DEG2 specifically to see if the dock could handle a real high-end GPU without collapsing the link. Over USB4 it was a massive upgrade but could swing in heavy scenes, and over OCuLink it was smoother and more consistent with fewer sudden drops.
