Ingredients 4-5 Large Agria Potatoes 1 Large White Onion, Thinly Sliced 75 g Unsalted Butter, Cubed Recipe 1. Peel and grate potatoes. Season with salt. 2. In a tea towel, squeeze out the liquid in the potatoes 3. Add oil to the bottom of a nonstick pan Add a layer of grated potatoes and make a small well in the middle 4. Add a layer of onions, then cover it with the rest of the potatoes. Use your hands to shape the top of the rosti 5. Place over medium heat. Add cubes of butter onto the side so the butter hits the sides of the potato/ 6. Cook for 20-30 minutes and flip half way through until both sides are golden brown and crispy
