Ingredients 4-5 Large Agria Potatoes 1 Large White Onion, Thinly Sliced 75 g Unsalted Butter, Cubed Recipe 1.⁠ ⁠Peel and grate potatoes. Season with salt. 2.⁠ ⁠In a tea towel, squeeze out the liquid in the potatoes 3.⁠ ⁠Add oil to the bottom of a nonstick pan Add a layer of grated potatoes and make a small well in the middle 4.⁠ ⁠Add a layer of onions, then cover it with the rest of the potatoes. Use your hands to shape the top of the rosti 5.⁠ ⁠Place over medium heat. Add cubes of butter onto the side so the butter hits the sides of the potato/ 6. Cook for 20-30 minutes and flip half way through until both sides are golden brown and crispy
