NYC Sandwich Challenge vs Binging with Babish

We've travelled to New York City to take on @bingingwithbabish in the ultimate sandwich challenge. With just 4 hours on the clock, we race across Manhattan and Brooklyn to source ingredients, develop a recipe, and cook a sandwich good enough to beat Babish on his own turf. Babish creates a New York steakhouse-inspired sandwich with dry-aged beef, creamed spinach, Gruyère, Parmesan and Calabrian chilli mayo, while Jack and Will put a British twist on the classic French dip with a chicken tikka masala sandwich, curry dip, chutney, crispy onions and curry leaves. Three American judges taste both sandwiches blind and decide who made the best sandwich in New York. Will local knowledge beat Michelin-level chef technique, or can Jack and Will bring British flavour to NYC and take the win?
