The former temperature is between 75C/167F and 85C/185F, while the latter is between 85C/185F and 90C/194F. 4. Coat the yolk with a layer of white wax liquid to prevent the heat outside from melting the color inside. 5. When fixing the yolk, we must adjust its position to ensure it hangs in the middle. Otherwise, if it touches the mold, its surface will be uneven and slightly white. 6. When testing the color, the color shown is lighter than the final color because of the small amount of the wax liquid added.
