Real estate market statistics firm RealtyTrac just released both its first quarter and March U.S. market foreclosure reports for 2015, and the data shows diverging trends. For the first quarter, foreclosures were down nationally to their lowest level since 2007. But March marked the first month with a year-over-year increase in foreclosure activity since 2010.
