Visiting Badgerland Foundation - Wild Oaks Preserve!! Prairie land and Savanna Restoration!
Wild Oaks Preserve is a shared effort by DALC and the Badgerland Foundation to protect and restore a large Driftless‑region landscape in southwest Wisconsin. With rich ecological diversity, socially inclusive restoration events, and plans for public trails—including biking paths—it embodies a holistic model of land conservation, ecological restoration, and community engagement.
