The Canon PIXMA MG3620 is my lowest-cost option if you just need the basics and you print occasionally. It has a flatbed scanner, prints fine documents and photos, supports USB/Wi‑Fi, and even does automatic duplex printing—but the page yield is poor and ink maintenance can be a headache if it sits unused.
