The Comlife Portable Neck Fan is my pick if you want more direct airflow, because the bladed design pushed more air than the bladeless models I tested. I also liked the flexible arms that let me rotate each fan 360° to aim airflow at my face instead of just my neck. The downside is it’s bulkier and if you have long hair, you’ll need to tie it back to avoid it getting caught in the blades.
