No 1. Dyson HushJet Purifier Compact.
The Dyson HushJet Purifier Compact is one of the most interesting small-room picks I tested because it uses electrostatic filter technology designed to extend filter life up to 5 years. I like the compact footprint for under-200 sq ft spaces, but at max fan it was much louder than the “HushJet” name suggests on my meter. It’s app compatible and feels like a future-forward design, but I also noted it didn’t use a HEPA filter.
